She is an environmental enthusiast and very concerned with sustainability, always endeavouring to shop locally and ethically. She is also a huge foodie that absolutely adores cooking. If she's not behind her desk or whipping up a vegetarian dish in the kitchen, you'll probably find her watching The Chase or 00's TV shows.
