Joshua is an experienced technology architect and entrepreneur specialising in machine learning and AI-based product development. His whole career has been focused on helping businesses solve their problems with Conversational AI technologies.

Before joining Tovie AI, Joshua ran the conversational AI function for Infosys consulting in Europe and was responsible for designing their go-to-market strategy around the then-emerging technology. Prior to his role at Infosys, Joshua spent just short of a decade running the conversational AI business functions for a variety of European software consultancies, delivering bespoke and 3rd party AI solutions into the UK enterprise market, including organisations like the NHS and several Tier 1 investment and retail banks. Joshua is also the sole engineer and solutions architect behind the open-source Parlee.ai low code bot platform.
