Atlas.co has announced its $2 million pre-seed funding round led by climate-focused VC fund Pale Blue Dot, high-profile investors Ben Lang (early employee and ex-community lead at Notion), and Andreas Klinger (ex-CTO and founding team at Product Hunt).

Revolver Therapeutics is pleased to announce its new funding is from UK Innovation Science and Seed Fund (UKI2S), managed by Future Planet Capital, and from o2h Ventures to progress its transcription factor inhibitors. 

Future Planet Capital is working with NatWest Cushon, with a view to the Cushon Master Trust potentially making an investment in the British Co-Investment Fund (BCF). Any future investment will be subject to commercial terms, due diligence, and Trustee approval. If approved, NatWest Cushon’s participation would signify a major step forward, creating new avenues for British pension funds to access high-growth, private technology companies at scale.

AshGrove Capital an independent pan-European specialty lender, has announced the final close of AshGrove Specialty Lending Fund II at the hard cap of €650 million, surpassing its target of €500 million.

Workflow, a company building AI software for design, marketing, and product teams has announced it has raised $3 million in pre-seed funding in a round led by early Revolut-investors, Venrex. Investors in the oversubscribed round included 8VC, backers of Asana, and scout funds from Sequoia, Octopus, and Index Ventures. The round saw investors back exited founders Will Taylor (Rota.com), Allis Yao (ex-Instagram, Spirito AI), and Paul Sangle, (Mailwiz.app, ex-Yelp product lead).

MintNeuro, a startup working on scalable, low-power semiconductor technology for minimally-invasive neural implant applications, has announced it has raised £1 million in a funding round led by Empirical Ventures. Additional investment came from Parkwalk Advisors (through the Imperial College Enterprise Fund), Imperial College London, Plug & Play, Excellis Holding, and several prominent angel investors.

British prosthetics manufacturer, Open Bionics, is on a mission to make bionic arms accessible to people with limb differences, and is set to accelerate its expansion in the US and DACH markets thanks to an innovative high growth lending solution offered by NatWest.

In Parallel has successfully closed a €2.8 million seed funding round from Lifeline Ventures, helping the company scale its AI-powered approach to strategy execution management.

tozero, a European startup in the sustainable lithium-ion battery recycling space, has raised €11 million in an oversubscribed seed round led by NordicNinja. New investors joining this funding round include In-Q-Tel (IQT), automotive giant Honda, and global infrastructure engineering giant JGC Group. Existing investors including Atlantic Labs, Verve Ventures and Possible Ventures, also doubled down.

Paloma Health, the AI-enabled healthtech startup reducing wait times for access to critical NHS health services, has raised £2 million in a pre-seed round. The round was led by Triple Point Ventures, with co-investors Heal Capital and expert angels, including Pam Garside, Co-Chair Cambridge Health Network, and James Allgrove, ex-Stripe. The funding will support the roll-out of Paloma Health’s first NHS service providing access to children and young people’s autism assessments in under four weeks.  

iwoca, one of Europe’s largest SME lenders, has announced a new £200 million package of debt funding from Citi and Waterfall Asset Management and doubles its SME loan offer ceiling to £1 million.

Solar developer software, Glint Solar, has announced an $8 million Series A funding round led by Smedvig Ventures with participation from Momentum, Futurum Ventures, Antler’s Nordic fund, and later stage fund, Elevate.

AllFocal Optics, the deeptech startup pioneering nanophotonic lens technology for always-in-focus images, has announced fresh $5.3 million funding, comprised of a $3.6 million (£2.8 million) equity raise, led by SpeedInvest, and Innovate UK grants.

Miros, the visual AI e-commerce search solution, has raised a €6 million pre-Series A investment led by EBRD Venture Capital and Tera Ventures. Former Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves also participated in the round as an Angel Investor. Miros will use the funding to enhance R&D, further develop the technology, and expand market reach. To date, the company has raised €8 million.

Ampd Energy, a global energy industry innovator and manufacturer of the Enertainer and Ampd Silo battery energy storage systems (ESS) for heavy industries, has announced that it has raised $27.3 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round.

Broswarm, a defence tech startup specialising on mine detection, has secured €800,000 in funding from ScaleWolf, a hybrid accelerator and fund for defence tech. This funding will accelerate the development of Broswarm’s proprietary X-Ray Eagle sensor, which enhances mine detection by providing clear, 3D visualisations from up to 10 metres above ground.
