Jon Massey

Jon is a leader in User Experience with 10 years’ experience working on client-side, agency and government projects. He has built teams and strategised products in a variety of environments, from start-up companies to global organisations. His experience covers a whole spectrum of sectors, including e-commerce, education, publishing, broadcast and gambling, working with world-leading organisations such as Ultimate Performance (U.P.), VITA Group, LADbible, BBC Sport, and Degree53. Jon is currently Global Head of User Experience at U.P., an international personal training business operating across nine countries. In this role, he has created a new department, built a team and implemented transformative processes and ways of working that support the company's continued global expansion plans.
