Over the 8 years we have been exploring the intersection of real estate and proptech as a company through assisting a Cape Town based InsurTech company (involved in commercial and residential rental insurance) to raise capital from a JSE listed financial conglomerate, partnering with a UK-based family office to capital raise for their Guernsey real estate fund and working with various funds such as a NYSE's first & only publicly traded Quality Opportunity Zone Fund.
