Samantha Lenox is a Partner and Head of Employee Share Schemes at Harper James. With over 20 years’ experience, she helps businesses design and implement employee and management ownership programmes that support growth and long-term value. 

She advises start-ups through to listed companies, including VC and private equity-backed businesses, and has significant expertise in Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) transitions. A solicitor and Chartered Tax Advisor, Samantha previously held senior roles in leading law firms and in the tax teams at PwC and Deloitte. She is also a trustee of Ownership at Work.
