Jibek Valevka is the Head of Community at Malt. With over 15 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams, she specialises in connecting businesses with top freelance talent.

She oversees the growth and nurturing of a network of over 23,000 freelancers and independent consultants in the UK, empowering independent talent by providing them with the resources, support and opportunities they need to thrive. 

Throughout her career, Jibek combined a deep understanding of recruitment and HR with hands-on experience across startups, scaleups, and multinational organisations. Prior to Malt, she helped delivered executive search and HR consulting projects at The Spencer Group and Korn Ferry.
