With a diverse background, he brings to the role prior experiences in investment banking at JP Morgan and consulting at McKinsey, that inform his strategic insights. Before his tenure at Hive, Franz founded a  direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, specialising in the sale of dried fruit out of Indonesia.
