Charles is the Founder and CEO of Legislate. Charles started Legislate in April 2020 to take the pain out of contracting for simple agreements which shouldn’t be negotiated. Charles has a background in engineering, machine learning and business development. Charles's mission is to improve Legislate's technology and reach so that Legislate can become the preferred fabric of every contract.
