This online platform, established by Deirdre Mc Gettrick and Ray Wright, aims to streamline the search for home furniture and furnishings by consolidating offerings from multiple retailers into one user-friendly website. Featuring over 100 retailers, including prominent names like John Lewis, Wayfair, Heal’s, Benson for Beds, Dunelm, OKA, and others, ufurnish.com has seen rapid growth.

Since its inception in late 2020, ufurnish.com has successfully raised over £5 million, attracting investments from notable figures such as Rosaleen Blair, Founder and Chair of Alexander Mann Solutions, and Tony Smurfit, CEO of Smurfit Kappa Group. With the objective of becoming the UK's premier home furnishing platform, the company is now fortifying its advisory board in anticipation of an investment round planned for 2024. Pierre's addition to the advisory board brings valuable media expertise to ufurnish.com. Alongside his advisory role, he is contributing £500,000 of capital to the business.

Pierre is one of the UK’s most successful media entrepreneurs. He co-founded Jellyfish in 2005 and as Chief Executive grew the business from scratch to 38 offices worldwide employing more than 2,000 people. In June of 2023, Pierre completed the sale of Jellyfish to The Brandtech Group.
