International digital marketing agency, Eskimoz, expands into UK with the acquisition of Digital Uncut

Fast-growing international digital consultancy, Eskimoz, has today announced the acquisition of Digital Uncut, a data-driven digital marketing agency for scale-ups, to establish brand presence in the UK.

Headquartered in Paris, France, Eskimoz is fast becoming a leading global digital agency, with expertise in SEO, PPC, Content and Data.

The acquisition of Digital Uncut follows a period of impressive growth for the firm, having self-financed the acquisition of Sembox in Italy in March 2022 and launched a subsidiary in Spain. As a result, the group now boasts a headcount of 150+ and a turnover in excess of £20 million.

Originally established in 2016 by experienced digital marketer, Sam Martin-Ross, Digital Uncut has honed a clear niche in delivering data-driven digital marketing campaigns for scale-up businesses.

The acquisition of the agency will enable Eskimoz to advance its digital capabilities – particularly in data engineering - and establish a firm brand presence in the UK, while benefiting from the experience and insight of Martin-Ross and his 20-strong team.

Discussing the acquisition, Sam Martin-Ross, Founder and Director of Digital Uncut, said: “I am incredibly proud of everything the team and I have achieved in Digital Uncut – from launching the agency with a clear vision to deliver impactful data-driven digital marketing campaigns, to today announcing the acquisition of the agency by Eskimoz is just amazing.

In maintaining my position as Managing Director, I now look forward to working closely with the Eskimoz senior leadership team to establish the group’s presence here in the UK, while achieving accelerated business growth by doubling revenue within the next two years.”

Andréa Bensaid, Founder of Eskimoz, added: “More than an international group, Eskimoz is now a multi-local company. This new acquisition will enable us to strengthen our European expansion while at the same time developing our local presence so that we can be closer to our customers and offer them services that are increasingly adapted to the specificities of their national market. In addition, it will give us the opportunity to attract new corporate clients who wish to rely on a global player capable of intervening anywhere in Europe."

Since it was established in 2010 by Andréa Bensaid, Eskimoz has deployed an impactful development strategy combining organic and external growth, and has achieved an average annual growth rate of 35%.

With firm plans in place to employ an additional 100 digital marketing consultants and grow turnover to an impressive £50 million within the next 24 months, Eskimoz is set to become a household name in the global digital marketing sector.
