ICT Spring 2023: Celebrating a record-breaking year!

With over 4000 Springers attending the two days, the largest Tech Conference of the Greater Region, ICT Spring, had a record-breaking year, which thrilled Luxembourg last June 29 and 30. Bringing professionals and experts from all over the world together, the event offered a unique moment of sharing and networking!

Under the theme “Time For Change”, ICT Spring 2023 showcased a remarkable lineup of conferences, side-events, and an expansive exhibition area. Over 130 companies - including Tech industry giants - participated alongside national and international key players , solidifying its reputation as a must-attend global Tech conference.

Fostering meaningful discussions and knowledge sharing, while highlighting the profound implications of the digital world for businesses and work culture, renowned thought leaders came on stage to deliver inspiring keynotes on cutting-edge topics including: sustainable innovations, embracing AI, the evolution of Money, the emerging & future cyber threats, cloud sovereignty, digital transformation, the migration to post-quantum cryptography, building citiverse, catching the Web3 trend, making data actionable in healthcare.

The exhibition area featured themed zones to create meaningful connections between stakeholders and decision-makers. It also included demo areas for companies to showcase their initiatives and products, creating a vibrant and business-friendly environment.

ICT Spring gave strong prominence to networking through the Swapcard app, facilitating targeted connecting professionals and matchmaking sessions: 5336 contacts generated, 9967 messages exchanged, and a total of 5894 discussions.

Besides, the Mastermind Challenge was a real success where startups had the opportunity to pitch their ground-breaking solutions to renowned venture capital firms, LBAN, LPEA, Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital, Middlegame Ventures, Mangrove Capital, GP Bullhound, and Expon Capital, stimulating entrepreneurship and investment opportunities. The daring startup in the field of fashion technology Arxy Future Lab won the challenge. Arxy Future Lab, is an advanced technology company that creates immersive and innovative experiences for fashion and other industries through its virtual platform which allows both companies and the customer to customise their entire shopping experience.

ICT Spring 2023 again contributed to shaping the future of business innovation and emphasising Luxembourg's position as a hub for technological advancements.

Organisers already announced that the next edition of ICT Spring is to occur June 27 & 28, 2024.
