Discussing how new technologies are redefining the frontiers between the real and virtual worlds, this year’s event is also the opportunity to present a larger edition - with 100 exhibitors joining the fair and divided into thematic areas, the return of international delegations - traveling from South Korea, Sri Lanka, Romania, Kenya, Ireland, Poland, Germany, workshop sessions to go in-depth with topical issues and international experts that will join the country for two days of enriching conferences.
From De-Fi to payments innovation
ICT Spring’s FinTech Summit will be the perfect opportunity to understand what is at stake for traditional financial services, how data unlocks payments innovation and customer experience, and the opportunities brought by Web 3.0 & cryptocurrencies. A special session will address FinTech ecosystems worldwide and the top priorities of this sector right now.
Digital Economy Conference
With ICT topics at the heart of the agenda, participants can attend a two-day programme highlighting the strategies of data-driven companies. Indeed, not a week goes by without news on cybersecurity and digital sovereignty for Europe which will be the main themes of the first day. On July 1st, ICT professionals will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge on how to strengthen supply chains for future emergency responses and get an overview of healthcare services powered by new technologies.
This year, ICT Spring will also host a Healthcare Gala Dinner with seasoned professionals in Luxembourg, for a unique moment of sharing and a Healthcare Awards ceremony.
A dive into the startup ecosystem and the power of communities
The main stage of the second day will be completely dedicated to entrepreneurs with inspirational and practical sessions around becoming a Super-entrepreneur, why ecosystems matter more than unicorns, the role of incubators in boosting innovation and financing within businesses, and how to measure innovation and use it to address global challenges.
The fair is also welcoming two startup competitions: Fit4Start and Catapult Kickstarter.
Space Conference
As the Luxembourg Government's top priority, Space could not be left out of the ICT Spring programme. This is undoubtedly the ideal opportunity to understand how secure connectivity can empower EU technological sovereignty and how space technologies can benefit society.
Building the best visitor experience possible
Throughout the exhibition area, companies will propose exclusive and immersive experiences including virtual and augmented reality, metaverse demonstrations, exploration of the worldwide brain, and 3D body scanning, to name just a few.
To relaunch this edition, Farvest also partnered with local artist SUMO, who created a collection of digital characters entitled “Beyond Frontiers”. The idea? To democratize the understanding behind the use of NFTs and benefit from this exclusive opportunity to own a unique piece of art. A phygital experience made it possible for participants to safely create their first wallet - with The Safe Box, access a virtual exhibition in the metaverse - with VIZZ, and receive further information on the opportunities of the crypto market by The LHoFT.
Finally, participants will benefit from the event app to organize their programme and meetings thanks to the exclusive collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the organization of its International Business Meetings by B2Fair.
Definitely an unmissable event for Luxembourg and beyond this year.
