Finalists for Les Margaret Awards announced

JFD unveils the 2022 finalists FOR Les Margaret Awards and invites the public to vote for their favourite finalist for the first time

For the first time, JFD has involved the general public in the election of les Margaret. The public's votes counted for one in the jury's deliberations, which were held on February 10th at la Sorbonne in Paris. The laureates will be revealed on March 8 during an exceptional ceremony on the occasion of JFD’s 10th anniversary, at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. Christel Bories, Chairman and CEO of Eramet is the patron of this 10th edition. Les Margaret Awards by JFD is held under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic.

For its 10th edition, JFD presents the 2022 finalists of les Margaret Awards. Among them are the next winners who will be revealed on March 8. They will win the JFD's growth accelerator programme, which includes media exposure worth €1 million, mentoring and coaching in collaboration with JFD partners, digital equipment, speaking opportunities in Europe and Africa, membership to the JFD network, scholarships for les Margaret Juniors, etc

- Oana PATRU: The Shazam of film and TV actors and actresses Oana, 18, is developing FaceFind, a facial recognition app capable of instantly recognising actors from around the world. (France/Romania)

- Allyah SEMIAI: A bubble of love and restore confidence to victims of school bullying Allyah, 14 years old, is developing a PWA, a progressive web application to fight against school bullying: reports, help and support for victims, testimonies from former victims, etc. (France)

Maylis KOUAKOUA: Raising teenagers awareness of the dangers of internet through gaming Aged 13, is developing a smart game to make young teenagers aware of the dangers of the Internet. (Gabon)
