DocuWare Announces Acquisition of Software Startup 

DocuWare, a provider of document management and workflow automation solutions announces its acquisition of

The move by DocuWare to strengthen its AI offerings by acquiring one of the most innovative startups in Germany’s booming tech landscape is evidence of the company leadership's vision for the future of DocuWare. Germany's startups have long attracted the attention of international investors and entrepreneurs. Post-acquisition, DocuWare plans that and its expert team will remain in the AI hotspot of Saarbrücken, Germany.
