Tricia Troth is the Head of Startups UK & Ireland, Amazon Web Services. She leads the Startup business for Amazon Web Services in the UK & Ireland, where she leads a large, high-performing cross-functional team to help startups leverage the cloud to grow and scale their businesses. Tricia joined the company 5 years ago, working with strategic Enterprise businesses in the UK. Prior to AWS, she worked for 10 years in the tech industry in tech sales and strategy for companies such as Accenture and Hewlett-Packard. A passionate advocate for helping women in tech and under-represented entrepreneurs achieve their full potential, she lives in Brighton with her partner and two dogs.
