Roxana is Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Blend Network, a real estate development finance company that sits at the crossroad between property, finance, and technology. Roxana sits on the Advisory Board of Women In Finance where she regularly meet with representatives of the UK’s financial institutions to discuss diversity in the financial sector. She have been recognised in the Women In FinTech powerlist for two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020, is Board Member at the University of Essex’s Employer Advisory Committee and a Non-Executive Director of several FinTech companies.
