With 12 years in the advertising world under her belt alongside a CIM qualification, Jess has spent her career working on some ground-breaking marketing projects for ad-tech startups, media businesses and clients such as Heineken and Pernod Ricard. In 2016 Jess co-founded Mac&Moore, established to provide a plug-in marketing function to start-ups. They also provide women with what they need to succeed in the current business landscape by offering community, conversation, practical support and mentoring. Beyond the 9-5 she has taken part in various charitable projects including volunteering at the FCancer Project and You Make It as a mentor.
