Entrepreneur First is the world's leading talent investor - they invest time and money in extraordinary individuals to found technology companies. To date, over 1,200 people have been through the programme, creating 200+ companies with a combined valuation of over $1.5bn. Alice also set up Code First: Girls, a not-for-profit which aims to teach 20,000 women to code for free by the end of 2020. The organisation surpassed 10,000 women being taught earlier this year.
Prior to starting Entrepreneur First, Alice started her career at McKinsey & Co, where she met her now co-founder Matt. She was awarded an MBE for services to business in the 2016 Queen's Birthday Honours.
