Roo Chakawhata

Roo Chakawhata is a Global Support specialist and has worked in the Real Estate industry for over six years. In the last few years, she has focused on shining a light on issues around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As Chair of WeWork Employee Community Group ‘We of Colour’, Roo has led sensitive conversations around the experiences of Black and Brown employees in the workplace, and highlighted the importance of allyship and supporting diverse businesses in local communities and neighbourhoods across EMEA.
