Maria Paviour

Maria Paviour is an occupational psychologist, former NHS whistleblower and founding board member of the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing, which delivered the UK's Duty of Care Guidelines to No. 10 Downing Street in September. She is the creator of First Day Matters, a neuroscience-based session that helps employees re-engage before a short absence turns into weeks or months off sick.
