Liina Vahtras

Liina Vahtras is Managing Director of Estonia’s e-Residency programme, offering global entrepreneurs remote access to the world’s most advanced digital nation. With a master’s in e-Governance from TalTech, her career spans public and private sectors, including roles at Pipedrive, Tuum and Nortal. She’s advised two Estonian Prime Ministers and led strategic efforts in tech, communications and innovation. A mother of four, she’s passionate about technology, design, fitness and literature.
