Joanna Scott

Joanna is Growth Lending’s Chief Business Development Officer and has worked as part of the Growth Lending Group since 2017. Initially joining the group as a deal originator in BOOST&Co's lending team, Joanna then took on the leadership of the London region before becoming Managing Director in 2022. Following the unification of the BOOST&Co and Growth Lending brand, Joanna is now responsible for driving multiple business development streams for the business, including international expansion, product diversification and fundraising. Prior to Growth Lending Joanna worked in corporate broking at FinnCap, where she built up nine years’ experience in UK SME investment banking.
