Jenny Lucas

Jenny Lucas is a Scottish trauma-informed somatic coach, writer, and host of the podcast Autism, ADHD and Us Three. She is the founder of Audhdistically Me, a growing coaching and education platform for late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women in midlife who are burned out from years of masking and people-pleasing. After leaving a 16-year teaching career due to undiagnosed AuDHD and burnout, Jenny rebuilt her life and now helps other women unmask safely, reclaim their identity, and create lives that feel nourishing rather than depleting. Her first book, Autism, ADHD and Me: A No Bullshit Guide to Life After Diagnosis, was published in October 2025 and offers an honest, practical guide to navigating identity, confidence, and self-acceptance after a late diagnosis.
