Emma Marlow

Emma is a 25 year veteran of the digital advertising sector; having begun her career during the first dotcom bubble helping Disney build some of its first ever websites. She has led global agency teams focused on delivering increased customer value from digital transformation for 20th Century Fox, Microsoft and P&G. For the past three years Emma has taken an entrepreneurial path as Co-Founder and COO of MeasureMatch, a professional services marketplace launched by ex Dentsu Aegis colleague James Sandoval and backed by private investors from Google, Coca Cola, WPP and more. MeasureMatch helps organisations across the world find and contract vetted, independent, on demand resource to maximise value from their SaaS and enterprise software investments. Emma is passionate about levelling the playing field for women in business and is an Ambassador for The Youth Group; an organisation founded to improve the odds for young people so they can reach their full potential in work.

In 2013, four years after having my first child, I finally waved farewell to the prospect of high value, full-time employment in the digital advertising sector. Juggling a client in Asia (early mornings), a client in North America (late nights), a workplace culture dominated by presenteeism, the needs of a pre-schooler and a four hour round trip commute, something had to give. And that something was me.
