Dominique Sivak

Dominique Sivak is the Chief People Officer at Zencargo, the London-based digital freight forwarder that enables organisations to make smarter decisions through a real-time overview of their supply chain. After graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Social Psychology, Dominique became the Head of Resourcing at Re Hospitality, a staffing and recruiting agency for the hospitality industry, and then moved into the tech sector as Head of People at leading EdTech startup Kano Computing. In 2019 she joined Zencargo, where she champions an employee-focused people strategy, keeping the Zencargo team happy and motivated in a period of rapid growth and industry disruption.
