David Wrench

David Wrench is a Partner and Head of New Investments South at YFM Equity Partners, a UK-based private equity firm specialising in growth capital and management buyouts for small businesses. Since joining YFM in 2020, he has led investments in companies such as RGE, Smart Numbers, and Integrum ESG, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies including Vuealta and London Drainage Facilities. Prior to YFM, David was Managing Director at BDO in Reading, where he advised UK lower mid-market businesses and led transactions including the buyout of Capital Economics and the sale of SecurEnvoy. He has over a decade of experience in corporate finance, particularly in the Thames Valley and South West regions.
