Carrie Birmingham

Carrie Birmingham runs a small consultancy focused on complex & messy people problems.  She specialises in Co-Founder conflict, supporting partnerships to face the silent killer of start-ups head on.  Her consultancy was inspired by her previous role as HR Director of the Sun newspaper, when they were facing police allegations, and informed by her Masters in People & Organisational change.  Outside of working hours, you will find Carrie walking her dogs, on the yoga mat, or on her Peloton bike (yes she still uses it!).
