CES Honoree 2022, Bird Buddy, debuted its smart bird feeder at CES 2022 in what was the first ‘Tech for Nature’ consumer product at the show. Attendees of the show were able to see an exclusive, never seen before, one:one online app experience demo accompanied by one of Bird Buddy’s three founders. Bird Buddy is the world’s first ever smart bird feeder recording and recognising bird visitors to backyards.
CES 2022 came to a close at the end of last week, following three days filled with thousands of product debuts unveiling innovation that will better the world and solve global challenges. More than 2300 exhibiting companies from around the world, including more than 800 startups, launched products featuring innovation across artificial intelligence, automotive technology, digital health, smart home and more.
Plastic Marine litter is one of the biggest threats to ocean life and humans. Now that there is more plastic in the water than fish, new solutions are desperately needed to radically reduce the harmful effects of microplastics. That’s why the Dutch startup RanMarine Technology is showing the WasteShark USV (Unmanned Surface Vessel) at CES 2022, a floating drone designed to remove harmful plastic waste from waters and return it to shore before it can do damage.
