Women on Top announces new direction and brand expansion
The Women On Top Podcast has announced its exciting brand expansion. This new direction will see the podcast evolve into a multimedia digital platform including online magazine, email newsletter, podcast and virtual events later in the year.
Women On Top will look at business and economic issues through a feminist lens, encouraging readers and listeners to take action and lead change. Its editorial mission is to become the place where ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs can find information, advice, insights and inspiration for building and investing in the next generation of value-led, feminist businesses.
Founded by entrepreneur Frankie Cotton in 2019, the Women on Top Podcast is a series of honest conversations that intersect inclusive feminism with business, personal and career development. This expansion is building on the success of the 5-star podcast, which has grown to over 20,000 listeners in twelve months. Over the coming weeks, Frankie will be rolling out Women On Top’s new brand journey and wider mission with her listeners.
Frankie Cotton says of Women on Top’s new direction: “Women’s economic and social advancement in the UK centers on understanding how our capitalist society functions and using that knowledge to create positive change from the inside out. I hope that this platform can provide insights, information and inspiration for women and men who have felt powerless or overwhelmed by social and environmental issues. Recent conversations about intersectional feminism and the black lives matter movement demonstrate the appetite for change and the time is now to rebuild a more sustainable and compassionate post-COVID world.”
The Women on Top Podcast is a weekly podcast featuring honest conversations with women about business, careers and money. Host and entrepreneur Frankie Cotton interviews business leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, politicians and activists to unpack their successes, failures, ambition and drive. From personal finance to start-up investment, managing mental health and imposter syndrome, Women on Top explores it all through a feminist lens.
