TA-DAAN: the succeeding equity crowdfunding campaign

TA-DAAN, the community-based content e-commerce dedicated to contemporary craftsmanship, launched a few weeks ago its first equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd.

In just a few weeks, more than 90 investors decided to support the project and the startup has nowadays already raised more than 700k Euro. Between the investors, there is also the fund AZIMUT ELTIF - Venture Capital ALIcrowd II.

The campaign will be online until next February the 20th, with the aim to raise a maximum of 800k Euro. In this period, it will be possible to invest in the startup a sum starting from 249,60 Euro. Everything was calculated on the basis of a pre-money valuation of 3.8M Euro.

TA-DAAN is more than a simple e-commerce. Born as a social media based digital magazine dedicated to contemporary craftsmanship, the storytelling of “hand-crafting” has always been a distinctive element - and unique expertise of TA-DAAN. And it will keep having a material importance even on the Shop. Launched in July 2022, the latter already counts more than 60 artisans on the platform, from 7 different European countries. Carefully curated by the startup, the selection of handmade products available on the Shop is contemporary, cool, pop and sustainable. In one world, it has the TA-DAAN Factor.
