Humane Selects Optiva BSS for Launch of New Ai Pin
Humane, a company at the forefront of innovative user experiences, has recently unveiled Ai Pin and chosen Optiva's comprehensive BSS solution to enhance billing, network integration, and value-added services for its users.
Ai Pin is designed to integrate seamlessly into everyday life, offering users the expansive capabilities of AI in a portable and interactive format.
Ai Pin represents a novel category of devices, bringing AI to a personal level. To support this, Humane is utilising the Optiva BSS Platform, a cloud-native SaaS solution that offers a modular and integrated suite of services, all deployed on the public cloud. This collaboration allows Humane to focus on its vision of delivering a straightforward and intuitive customer experience, backed by Optiva’s extensive experience in the global telecom industry.

The Ai Pin, powered by Cosmos, a new operating system designed for the AI era, offers a unique software framework that removes the need for traditional app downloads. It provides a conversational experience without screens, wake words, or the necessity to be paired with a smartphone or another device. Additionally, Humane is launching its own MVNO to offer wireless service for Ai Pin.
