SCAI Engineering’s AI assistants provide information, as well as actionable instructions to help customers. The AI assistant category is a busy space, but what makes SCAI Engineering stand out is that the solution is able to be embedded within existing machines, such as ticketing machines.
These AI assistants are improving accessibility in places such as train stations, whilst harvesting data about users and what it is they need to know in such places.
