Tim Wakeford is the CEO of Caeli Nova, a breathing technology startup which recently launched into the aerospace industry.

Tim became CEO of Caeli Nova in 2018 and since then has overseen the successful public launch of the company and its first product, Cordillera, an innovative enhancement to the passenger emergency oxygen system. In his role, Tim is ultimately accountable for all Caeli Nova’s functions, including technology, finance, operations, supply chain and business development.

Prior to joining Caeli Nova, Tim spent three years at Boston Consulting Group as a project leader and consultant. He was a core member of the industrial goods practice area, supporting clients across Europe on a range of strategic and operational projects.

Previously, Tim held supply chain positions at Rolls-Royce and spent time in the UK, Germany and China, whilst working with aerospace suppliers around the world.

Tim has an MBA from the Institute for Management Development (IMD).
