Shamira Graham is chief commercial officer and a BABCP accredited therapist at Onebright. She is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the business and comes from a senior management and consultancy background. 

Shamira has also worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Neurology researching movement disorders, mental health and quality of life, and has published peer reviewed papers in this field.  Following her clinical training at the University of Oxford, she specialises in trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive illness, clinical perfectionism and low self-esteem. 

She also provides cognitive coaching to those individuals who wish to optimise their performance and solve workplace challenges, as well as mental health training and specialist consultancy on wellbeing strategy and evidence based mental health pathways for corporate organisations.
