Sanjay Lobo is the founder and CEO of OnHand, a platform making it easy for individuals and businesses to do social and environmental good. Inspired by personal experience supporting his father with Parkinson’s, Sanjay launched OnHand in 2019 to help with everyday tasks like shopping and errands. What began as a small service in London rapidly expanded, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, when OnHand became a vital support system for thousands unable to access essentials. The app has since grown nationwide and is now used by hundreds of businesses to empower employees to tackle real-world issues. In recognition of his impact, particularly in supporting older people during the pandemic, Sanjay was awarded an MBE.
