Sandro Heitor is a seasoned property entrepreneur and director of Trio Maintenance Ltd. Originally from Portugal, Sandro moved to London with his mum and dad and when he was only 4, they found themselves homeless. It is these experiences that inspired him to dream big. Sandro started in the property industry in 2009 and in 2014, he and three like minded friends noticed a gap to enter the London Property market. They founded Trio, a property company which operates three divisions with transparency: Property Maintenance and work with agents, housing associations, private Landlords and hotels carrying out any maintenance work. Trio Ltd. has 1.2million properties in its maintenance division and GDV of £40million in the development division. Sandro is also author of the book The Entrepreneur Paradox about his journey from homeless to running a multi-million pound business.
