Rod Tonna-Barthet started his career at Schroders in 1988 before being appointed Sales Director in 1997. Following this, Rod joined Siemens Financial services in 2000, helping with the company’s expansion by offering new products and was appointed as Director and Chairman of the Financial and Leasing Association and developed a compliance-based code of practice.

With this success Rod joined the board of Annodata as Sales & Marketing Director helping to transform the business into a national managed services provider, highly proficient in print, document and content management, UC and ICT. Rod helped to transform Annodata, doubling its revenue from £32m to £64m between 2008 and 2016, leading various mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of Keltec into Annodata.

Following the growth of the business, it was acquired by Kyocera Document Solutions, where Rod was appointed as President and CEO of the UK & Ireland business in 2018.

In 2021 Rod won the Technology Reseller award for outstanding industry leadership. Rod has the fundamental belief that the success of any business is determined by the quality of the team (at all levels), which the leader is responsible for cultivating. He has always fostered a culture where any member of a team, regardless of their position in a company, has an equal voice.
