It was at Cambridge towards the end of 2019 that Rhys was introduced to Nnamdi and, upon seeing the pain point Definely was solving for, looked to join immediately.
Rhys joined as the first member of the commercial team when Definely had one customer and was bringing in £240 in annual revenue. At Definely, Rhys is responsible for managing the commercial functions incorporating Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and ensuring Definely’s GTM is executed against and commercial objectives are continuing to be reached.
