Michael Keeman is the co-founder and CTO of Outter, with over 14 years of experience across AI/ML, healthtech, marketplaces, and SaaS. Holding a PhD in Data Science, he worked as an AI researcher, ML engineer, and serial founder. He previously co-founded and exited Hattl, an AI-powered recruitment platform. Recognised as a UK Global Talent and one of the Top 1,000 Tech Leaders, Michael also served on an AI Committee shaping responsible AI practices and is dedicated to helping businesses adopt AI quickly, responsibly, and in compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act.
