Leonardo Poggiali, CEO and co-founder of Ooodles

Leonardo has decades of experience scaling operations for global leaders like HP, Sony, and Grover, where he held international roles. Notably, he pioneered Compaq Europe's first eCommerce solution in 2001 and established a €300M global account business with full P&L accountability. 

Recognising the limitations of traditional IT models, he co-founded Ooodles to provide flexible hardware procurement. His experience extends to executive roles at high-growth companies such as Catapult (Sports Tech) and greenchic (Fashion Recommerce), as well as advisory positions at Unobravo and CLUBZERO. He also drove significant revenue growth at Jawbone. Leonardo's expertise encompasses operations, sales, finance, and supply chain management.
