James is Director of Legal Services at Ellis Whittam, who help organisations create great, safe places to work through fixed-fee Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety support.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, James has specialised in employment law, and today manages a team of over 45 lawyers supporting thousands of UK employers from start-ups and small businesses, to mid-sized enterprises.
