Ian Lloyd is the UK Recruitment Director for Vistage. He started his career in recruitment before moving into the financial consultancy sector. After a few years Ian joined a leader in the HR market and worked with SMEs and corporates to help them attract, develop and transition talent in their organisations using a suite of developmental tools including assessment and coaching.

In 2014, Ian joined Vistage and now supports Vistage chairs through their journey with the organisation.
