Dr.-Ing. Heba Aguib is Chief Executive RESPOND at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt. Aguib joined the BMW Foundation in July 2019 with an ambition to strengthen the relationships between Tech4Good and investors in order to make a positive difference. 

Previously, she was instrumental in establishing the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation's Aswan Heart Research Centre in Egypt. As head of the center's Biomedical Engineering and Innovation Laboratory and an Honorary Fellow at Imperial College London, she led multidisciplinary projects to develop new computational solutions for early diagnosis and detection of cardiovascular disease. She is also a medical technology expert in the Digital Arabia Network, established in 2018.
