Emma Ridderstad is the Co-Founder and CEO of Warpin Media, an XR software development company in the Nordics. Specialising in virtual and augmented reality, the company's main focus is the fully in-house developed SAAS product Xelevate, enabling organisations to effectively create, distribute and execute VR training programmes at scale.

With a background in media sales, Emma was previously the CEO of Modern Women Media, representing some of Sweden's most prominent female-focused digital platforms. She feels strongly about helping other women succeed and invests both time and effort in mentoring other female entrepreneurs
