He is the Founder & CEO of ComplyCube, an award-winning AI-powered platform for AML, KYC, and IDV compliance, trusted by global institutions and rising startups. Under his leadership, ComplyCube was named 'RegTech Partner of the Year' at the British Bank Awards 2024 and recognised as a RegTech100 company for its innovation in compliance technology. Prior to this, Dr. Nechma spent over a decade in financial services in London, where he was recognised as a Distinguished Engineer and Business Leader for driving innovative solutions. Dr. Nechma holds a PhD in FPGA-based computations from the University of Southampton, UK, with a focus on solving sparse matrices in scientific modelling.
