Caroline joined as part of the Otta acquisition, having previously worked there as Director of Customer Success, where she led the commercial teams responsible for full customer lifecycles. In her role as UK Country Manager at Welcome to the Jungle, Caroline is responsible for the business’ UK commercial and operational efforts, and has expertise across a variety of topics relating to job recruitment and workplace culture, including DEI; workplace transparency; employee rights and real fulfilment at work. A proven leader in tech, Caroline is passionate about inclusive people management and development, and has previous experience working at some of the world’s largest businesses, including Google.
