Web 3.0 company brandXchange acquires content agency to fastrack its global wellness ecosystem
brandXchange, a web 3.0 consultancy today announced that it has acquired specialised health, fitness and leisure agency aim Content Marketing and Public Relations (aim).
As we move to a digitally-driven economy, the demand for web 3.0 solutions continues to grow. Through this acquisition, brandXchange will leverage aim’s expertise in content creation to provide engaging and effective solutions to help brands exploit the full potential of web 3.0, including metaverse as a service, NFT creation, token launches and much more.
Andy Hall, CEO of brandXchange says: “This acquisition will bring into brandXchange a talented group of professionals with proven experience in both web 3.0 and traditional marketing and content creation. The team’s experience and expertise will be invaluable in expanding our wellness ecosystem and providing effective content, comms and marketing solutions to our brand clients. The combination of aim’s team and our global team of experts will enable the global wellness market to capitalise on the web 3.0 opportunity, profitably."
Rebecca Douglas, founder of aim, assumes the role of brandXchange’s Chief Marketing Officer. She says: “We’ve been fortunate enough to be involved with the web 3.0 movement for some time and recognise the incredible opportunities open to brands. Engaging Generation Z and the digitally native Alpha Generation requires a rethink of how brands approach and measure the success of content marketing services.
The combination of brandXchange and aim positions our integrated business at the centre of how the global wellness economy and our brand clients will capitalise on this opportunity.
This acquisition follows the announcement last week that global cloud infrastructure provider, Radian Arc, has made a strategic investment in brandXchange. The investment will be used to establish a Metaverse-as-a-Service offering for Radian Arc’s telecommunication customers and their 2 billion consumers around the world. Telcos will be able to leverage Radian Arc’s infrastructure and brandXchange’s ecosystem and portfolio of brand partnerships to create profitable marketing distribution channels for consumer acquisition and retention.
