Userled raises £4 million to bring AI-generative marketing to B2B companies

Userled, an AI-powered startup revolutionising B2B personalised marketing at scale, has secured £4 million in a pre-seed funding round led by LocalGlobe, with participation from Dig Ventures. This funding will fuel the company’s mission to recruit top-tier talent and develop cutting-edge martech solutions.

Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs CEO Yann Sarfati (Revive, former sales lead at Salesforce and Incident.io) and CTO Tristan Saunders (Revive, tech lead at American Express and lead software engineer at nate), Userled offers a no-code, AI-driven platform that automates the creation and distribution of customised marketing campaigns in seconds, rather than weeks. The platform allows users to launch personalised campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and Meta, all while seamlessly integrating with existing CRM systems and major IP reveal providers. This integration enables real-time tracking of engagement, customer journeys, and conversions.

Userled’s technology is designed to operate without third-party cookies, employing a Cookieless Fingerprinting and Identity Layer that provides a comprehensive view of user behaviour at both the account and contact levels, fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA regulations. This feature is particularly vital as Google, Apple, and other tech giants move to disable third-party cookies later this year and into 2025. Companies like Wayflyer, Deel, Onfido, Encord, and Elastic have already benefited from Userled’s platform, achieving higher conversion rates and stronger sales pipelines.

Yann Sarfati, Co-Founder and CEO of Userled, said: "Marketers have to put significant time and resources into manually building personalised campaigns which feel impossible to scale. They lack the tools that should enable them to do this simply and at speed to surpass the impact they can achieve through manual campaigns. Userled breaks this cycle. We’re making personalised marketing easy, accessible and efficient to give B2B companies the competitive advantage they need in today’s ever-shifting digital landscape. This funding will enable us to refine our technology and expand our team, ensuring that every marketer can harness the power of AI to drive meaningful engagement and growth."

Mish Mashkautsan, Partner at LocalGlobe, said: “Userled brings the power of generative AI to reshape a complex and mission-critical workflow for marketing teams. By accelerating the creation and distribution of personalised content and capturing contact-level insights without cookies, Userled provides a seamless solution to drive efficient growth - a key priority for any B2B company, especially these days.”

The funding also included participation from prominent business angels including Tessian founder Tim Sadler, Incident.io CEO Stephen Whitworth, Maze founder Jonathan Widawski and Celonis DACH GM Remy Lazarovici. This will support Userled’s mission to make advanced, scalable, hyper-personalized marketing accessible to all B2B scaleups.
