Steph triumphs at Digital Women Awards
Redditch entrepreneur Steph Middleton-Foster has been honoured as the Digital Entrepreneur of the Year at the national Digital Women Awards.
Steph, the Founder of ConfigureMeThis.com, claimed the accolade at an event celebrating the contributions and achievements of women in the digital sector and beyond.
The annual ceremony recognises women involved in digital and digital-based businesses for their outstanding work in their respective fields.
ConfigureMeThis.com, established during the pandemic as a strategic shift from Steph’s core VA services business, specialises in automation systems for businesses aiming to utilise digital power effectively.
A key feature of ConfigureMeThis.com is its ability to save clients from the tedious hours of manual configuration, onboarding, and setup by offering ready-to-use software that addresses their business challenges efficiently.
In addition to her success in the Entrepreneur category, Steph was also a finalist for Digital Innovator of the Year and Digital Woman of the Year, and she featured in the top 70 Digital Women to Watch list.
The Digital Women Awards aim to provide a supportive environment where women can access valuable content, share their stories, and connect with peers to tackle the challenges and embrace the opportunities of the digital age.
The awards welcome entries from women in digital and entrepreneurship who have excelled in their field, and 2023 saw a remarkable number of submissions.
Steph commented on her win: “I am passionate about creating a level playing field for small businesses and ensuring they embrace digital, but this isn't just my award — I want to acknowledge the incredible team at Configure Me This, who are dedicated to no-code & automation solutions!
“Their enthusiasm and commitment to finding innovative ways to support small businesses in streamlining and growing are what make our team distinctive and enable me to be the best entrepreneur I can be.
“It was also uplifting to meet so many other women excelling in the digital sector. We recognise the ongoing efforts needed to balance the scales for women in tech and digital, but events like #DigitalWomenAwards23 highlight the immense talent available. It sets a precedent for future generations to consider a digital career where passion and skill are the only criteria, regardless of gender.”
